Billing and plans
What each Deliverd plan includes, how seats are counted, and how to change plan, pay, find invoices or cancel.
Admin → Billing shows your current plan and what you are using of it, lets you change plan and payment method, and lists your invoices. Owners, admins and billing admins can open it.
Plans
A plan includes a number of seats: people who can create and publish work. Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan, and approvals, reviews and requests for information are open to everyone in the organisation — being asked never needs a seat. Prices are the same amount in euros and US dollars.

Publishing on Free carries Deliverd branding. Enterprise is set up with you directly: choose Talk to us on its card rather than checking out. The limits on each plan are described where they apply — seats in People and invitations, the ethics model screen in Ethics, retention in Security, audit and legal holds.
What you are using
- Seats
- Active members whose role takes a seat. Invitations to a seat role that have not been accepted are shown beside the figure, because the next invitation is checked against both together.
- Reports
- Active reports. Archiving a report frees its place.
- Storage
- Every version of every report you hold, not only the latest.
When a limit is reached, the thing that would pass it is refused with a message naming the limit — an invitation, a new report, a version too large to store. Nothing already there is affected.

Your trial starts
A new subscription begins with 14 days free; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
Changing plan
With a subscription in place, choose another plan's button. The confirmation says what will happen to your money before anything changes:
- Upgrading takes effect straight away. The difference for the rest of the billing period is added to your next invoice.
- Downgrading takes effect straight away. Unused time on the old plan is credited against your next invoice.
- Switching between monthly and yearly starts the new billing period; the difference is settled on the next invoice.
- During a trial, you move plan straight away and the trial dates do not change.
What a smaller plan changes
- Limits are checked when something is added. Members, reports and agents you already have stay, but you cannot invite, promote or reactivate someone into a seat, or publish a new report, until you are back under the new limit.
- Capabilities the new plan does not include cannot be newly set up — for example, a new agent identity. Existing agents keep working, and a legal hold already in force stays in force.
- Audit and view history older than the new plan's window is removed by the next daily sweep, unless a legal hold is in force.
Cancelling
Cancel ends the plan when the current billing period does; nothing changes until then, and you can resume before it ends. When a subscription ends, the organisation moves to the Free plan and its limits.
Payment method and invoices
Once you have paid for a plan, the billing screen shows the card on file, with a button to replace it, and a list of your invoices with their amount, status and a PDF of each. If a payment fails, a notice at the top of the screen asks you to update the card.
The same screen links to referrals, where you can earn credit for recommending the product.
Closing the organisation
At the bottom of the billing screen, an owner — and only an owner — can close the organisation. Closing sets the subscription to end with its current period, and reports stop opening straight away; after 30 days the organisation is deleted. Until then an owner can restore it with everything in place. Any open legal hold refuses the closure, whether it covers the whole organisation or a single report — closing would delete that report too.
