Deliverd partner programme
Your clients’ agents,
with a person in the loop.
For Microsoft partners, consultancies, managed service providers and technology companies that build and run AI agents for other organisations. Deliverd is the part that gets an agent through the risk review: it asks a named person before anything consequential, and keeps the record their auditors read.
Who it is for
Partners who build and run AI for other organisations
Microsoft partner
You build Copilot agents, Copilot Studio solutions or Foundry agents for clients, and need them to stop and ask before they act.
Consultancy or integrator
You deliver AI programmes with governance in scope: approvals, reviews and evidence your client's auditors can read.
Managed service provider
You run Microsoft 365 and its agents for many organisations, and want one way to put a person in front of what those agents do.
Technology partner
Your product runs agents, and you would rather they asked a person through Deliverd than build approvals yourself.
What you work with
Built for working across clients
Everything here is in the product today, on the plan named where it needs one.
One sign-in across your clients
Your people can belong to each client's organisation and switch between them, while each client keeps its own policies, approvers and audit log.
A Microsoft 365 package to hand over
One app package adds Deliverd to Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and Copilot Cowork in a client's tenant. Their administrator uploads it.
Skills you can ship
The approval, ethics, artifact and tasks skills are open source under the MIT licence, so they can go inside the agents you build.
SDKs and adapters
TypeScript and Python SDKs, with adapters for Microsoft Agent Framework, Foundry, LangGraph, the OpenAI Agents SDK, the Claude Agent SDK and the AI SDK.
Evidence the client keeps
Compliance Mode, on Business and Enterprise, turns governed work into an evidence pack with a sha256 digest, exported as JSON, CSV or PDF.
The client's name, not ours
On Team, Business and Enterprise, readers see the client's name and logo, on the client's own domain.

- 2
Talk to the people who built it
A person reads every application and replies within two business days.
- 3
Start with one client
One client and one real use case, run end to end. We agree how we work together from there.

A few lines about your practice is enough. You get an acknowledgement with a copy of what you wrote straight away.
Questions
The programme, plainly.
Do we have to be a Microsoft partner?
No. Microsoft 365 Copilot is where much of this work is happening, but Deliverd is neutral to the AI you choose, and so is the programme.
Can we try Deliverd before we apply?
Yes. The Free plan needs no card. Connect the agent you are building and send its first request to yourself.
How do commercial terms work?
We agree them with each partner, once we understand what you do. Say in the form whether you mostly introduce clients, resell, or deliver the work yourself.
Where is our clients' data held?
Stored in London and served from London. Every subprocessor is named, with what it does and where, on the security and trust page.
