Add structure, then governance.
Free gives you the human loop and secure outputs. Team adds Tasks: persistent objectives and side tasks. Business adds Compliance Mode. Enterprise adds governance across the organisation. Each plan is one flat price that includes a number of seats, and a seat is someone who creates and publishes work — never a reader, and never somebody who is only being asked.

Pricing, plainly.
Why are readers and approvers free?
Deliverd charges for the people who create and manage work, not everyone who reads a report or answers a request. Viewers are unlimited on every plan, and being asked — an approval, a review, a question — never needs a seat.
Who takes a seat?
Owners, administrators, workspace administrators and publishers: the people who create and publish work. Viewers, billing administrators and security administrators do not.
Do AI model charges come with Deliverd?
No. Keep the model and provider agreements you already have; your agents call Deliverd, not the other way round. The one model call Deliverd makes itself is the optional ethics model screen, included with a monthly cap on the plans that offer it and off until an administrator turns it on.
Can we start with Team and add Compliance Mode later?
Yes. Compliance Mode governs the tasks you already have; there is nothing to migrate to a different product.
Is there a free trial?
Free has no time limit. A paid plan starts with a 14-day trial the first time an organisation subscribes, and nothing is charged until it ends; you can cancel from billing settings before then.
Can we pay annually?
Yes, and it is shown first: an annual plan costs ten months of the monthly price.
Can Enterprise start with one use case?
Yes. The governed AI pilot proves one real AI use case in 30 to 45 days — one business owner, one approval path, one evidence pack — before a wider rollout.
Which plans include single sign-on and Directory Sync?
Single sign-on is included in Team, Business and Enterprise. Directory Sync (SCIM 2.0) is included in Business and Enterprise.
Start with one real piece of work.
Free gets an agent asking people and publishing work today. Business and Enterprise buyers can run one governed AI use case first.
