Analytics
Who is reading your organisation's reports: opens, readers, the most-read reports and the ones nobody opens, and how long view history is kept on each plan.
Admin → Analytics shows readership across the organisation, as counts. There is no session recording. Owners and admins can open it. Choose a window of 7, 30 or 90 days at the top right.
The numbers

| Unique readers | Different readers in the window: each member, guest or shared link counts once, and an anonymous reader is counted by a one-way hash of their network address. |
| Reports read | Active reports in the organisation, whether or not they were opened in the window. Archived reports are not counted. |
| Published this period | Versions published in the window, including updates to existing reports. |
| Shared externally | Reports currently shared with a guest, a link, an email domain or the public. |
| Public reports | Reports currently shared with the public. |
A view is counted for the report page itself, not its images or scripts, and one reader opening the same report again within 30 minutes counts once. A reader refreshing a dashboard is one open, not twenty.
Most read, and nobody is reading these
- Most read lists up to ten reports people actually opened in the window, with opens and readers for each.
- Nobody is reading these lists up to ten published reports with no opens in the window, with when each was last read, or "never read". They are worth archiving, or worth chasing.
Open a report from either list to see its own page. This screen shows counts, not names. Whether a report's owner sees who read it, rather than how many, is set by viewer identity in Admin → Sharing; see Sharing.
How long views are kept
Individual views are deleted once they are older than your plan's view retention, by a job that runs once a day. A report's lifetime view total is kept, so pruning old detail never makes a count go backwards.
